Terms of Service

LinkedHook AI ("we", "us") turns the work summaries you write into candidate opening lines ("hooks") for LinkedIn posts, using a third-party large language model. The service is provided on an as-is basis.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Signed-in free accounts receive 3 generations per day, reset at 00:00 UTC. Visitors who are not signed in also receive 3 generations per day, limited by device. Credits do not roll over and have no cash value.

The Pro plan is billed through Creem, our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Pro removes the daily credit limit and hides ads. We may change plan pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

Do not use the service to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringes others' rights. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the service, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Hooks are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any generated output. We do not guarantee engagement results.

You keep ownership of the work summaries you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service, including sending them to our AI provider for generation.

You may delete your account at any time; deleting your account also deletes your profile and generation history. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or abuse of the service.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
